Supporting the Supply Chain Director and his Executive Team, Nicky supported the development and launch of several new sites, in particular the largest distribution site in the company's history which led to increased competitive advantage and influence in attraction and development for the 10,000 strong workforce

Engaged initially to devolve this brand from its previous parent company, including managing the sale of several US & European subsidiaries, Nicky was asked to set up a newly created Joint Venture ownership model in the role of Interim Head of HR to allow the brand to grow and develop.
